The location is a block off the UMKC campus and a few blocks from the Plaza. You can easily walk to both. Nice neighborhood. The management is helpful and respectful of the tenants.

I really like the fact that the landlords are a family, not some big business running the place, where I am just a number to them. Since it is a family business, they truly care about the operation, and work that much harder to make sure everything is taken care of properly. I see most of the family almost daily, in passing. It is nice to know that they know exactly who I am, and I like knowing who is in charge of the place I call home.

I lived here for two years, in my college career and it has to be my favorite place so far. The location can’t be beat, especially if you go to UMKC, and the price is reasonable. Maintenance was very fast and friendly!
